GAR's Letter of Inquiry (LOI) form is a concise way to let us know about your proposal so that we can confirm whether it meets our funding priorities. GAR staff will get back to you to discuss your proposal and if you should proceed with a complete application after we have reviewed your LOI. Letters of Inquiry are due by January 16, 2012 if you are considering making a full application by February 1, 2012, our next quarterly application deadline.
