(If you're a first-time user of this system, when you go to this link, click on "New Applicant." Save your login and password (write down your login name and password for future reference). You will be emailed a link and login info.
If you're a returning applicant and want to view previous application forms submitted, please click on Previous Applications. GAR Foundation no longer accepts paper versions of our application.
