Vicki enjoyed a 23-year career with Roadway Express and its successor company, YRC Worldwide, where she began in Audit, gaining exposure to transportation terminals across the country, and later held a variety of roles in Operations.
Following her corporate career, Vicki spent 12 years as an independent consultant, working primarily with companies ranging from $10 million to $150 million in size. She was most often engaged to lead business process reengineering initiatives and support major technology implementations.
In retirement, Vicki channels her lifelong passion for cooking into volunteer work with food-centered organizations. She enjoys serving food-insecure children in her community, preparing meals for terminally ill residents, and working on an organic farm.
Vicki earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University. She is married to Todd and is the proud mother of two sons, Robert and Luke. The family lives in Green.
