Kat Wentz is an experienced operations leader and administrator based in Northeast Ohio. As Operations Manager at GAR Foundation, Kat oversees organizational operations, property management, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, previously holding positions at The National Center for Choreography at The University of Akron, Curated Storefront, and ArtsNow, among others. Her curatorial practice includes organizing exhibitions and projects for Acme Fresh Market, ArtsNow, Hieronymus, Emily Davis Gallery, and Harris–Stanton Gallery. In 2024, Kat led the curation of a permanent art collection at GAR’s Andrew Jackson House, helping continue the Foundation’s long-standing commitment to nurturing the arts.

Kat earned a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Bowling Green State University.
